Cyril D’Silva has extensive working experience with Global Markets with a focus on Investment Opportunities and Capital Raising for early stage Junior companies. He is particularly well connected with business circles in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, London and West Africa and currently serves as Advisor to Paramount Capital Advisory Ltd in Sierra Leone.

Cyril D’Silva was the Founder and Ex –Chairman/CEO of London listed Golden Saint Resources Ltd (LN:GSR), a junior gold and diamond exploration company with its main focus on diamonds which listed on AIM on the London Stock Exchange in July 2013 and was voted the Best Performing IPO for 2013 by Mining Weekly. He stepped down from the Board of GSR on 10th February 2016 to take up a full time position as Executive Director/CEO of Clayhill Capital Consultants.

Cyril D’Silva was on the board of NLS (now known as RAP – listed on the ASX) from 2013 to 2015 and retired from the Board after the completion of a capital raising and the signing of MOU for current biotech business.

Franklyn Bai Kargbo is an eminently experienced legal practitioner and diplomat with a long and distinguished record of Public and Private Sector service both in Sierra Leone and internationally. Called to the Bar of Lincoln’s Inn (UK) in 1980, he has twice held the office of Attorney-General and Minister of Justice of Sierra Leone (1993-94 and December 2010 – December 2015). Franklyn has also held the positions of Presidential Advisor (Governance) in Strategy and Policy Unit in the Office of the President, Co-Leader of the Presidential Task Force on the renegotiation of Mineral Rights in Sierra Leone, Executive Secretary of the Sierra Leone Truth and Reconciliation Commission, National Human Rights Expert, Legal Consultant to the Sierra Leone National Commission for Democracy. He has undertaken numerous consultancies with United Nations Agencies and other international organizations.

At international level, Franklyn was Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions in the Republic of The Gambia (1997–1999), Chief Human Rights Officer, as well as Senior Legal Advisor with the United Nations; and Senior Legal Counsel of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union. He is currently in private legal practice in Sierra Leone. Franklyn holds a BA (Hons) Law, LLM (Notts U) and Bachelor of Laws from the Council of Legal Education School of Law (UK).

Lina graduated from Escuela Colombiana de Ingenieria Julio Garavito with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons). She worked for over two years at BTG Pactual, an international Investment Bank in Colombia as a Daily Banker principally supporting stockbrokers and customers requirements. She joined Clayhill Capital Consultants Pty Ltd in June 2016 .

Victoria Yap is a seasoned Senior Marketing and PR executive with over a decade of expertise in luxury, retail and lifestyle brands in Australia, Singapore and in Asia.

In summary, she’s worked and led the marketing teams for some of these leading brands/companies in Australasia: Brands & Marketing Manager for the German luxury kitchen and household appliance brand Miele Singapore (2013 to 2015); Assistant Director for Marketing (Events & Entertainment) for the popular destination resort in Asia – Resorts World Sentosa Singapore (2009 to 2011); Group Brand & Marketing Manager for the leading Australian electronic retailer Rick Hart Group, Australia (2007 to 2009); Marketing Manager for a key shopping centre in Western Australia under the Savills Group Australia (2007); and Regional Marketing Manager for IFCA (2002 to 2007).

She holds a (MIB) Master of International Business from Curtin University of Technology (Perth, Western Australia) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics and Management from the University of London (UK). She is the newest edition to the team, having joined Clayhill Capital in January 2017.
